A.R.P.S. L.L.C., is an independent third party administrator of qualified retirement plans.  The owner of the company, David S. Cohen, has over 30 years of experience in the pension planning and consulting business.

You will not find our fee schedule on this web site because it is uniquely tailored to fit individual plan needs.  We feel that our fees are some of the most reasonable you will find and we will do our best to make sure that they remain that way.
