David
S. Cohen, A.R.P.S.
C.E.O., graduated in 1961 from the advanced college preparatory course of
Baltimore City College, where he was a member of the Honor Society and the
honorary school Service Club. In
1965, Mr. Cohen graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in
Accounting and Business Administration. In
1972, following several positions of employment, Mr. Cohen co-founded a pension
consulting firm located in Baltimore, Maryland. From
1975 to 1996, David S. Cohen worked as an instructor in the Division of Continuing
Education at Catonsville Community College, where he lectured the
"Financial Planning for Your Retirement" course and also provided the
staff with current issue revisions and workbook updates. Mr.
Cohen is also actively involved as a volunteer and an officer in several area
organizations. Amy
Cohen
Uddeme,
President of A.R.P.S., graduated in 1998 from the
University of Arizona with a Bachelors degree in Journalism. Following a position with WJLA-TV in Washington, D.C.,
Mrs. Uddeme joined A.R.P.S. in late 1999 as a pension consultant. Amy C. Uddeme meets with prospective clients and their
financial consultants and accountants to create the appropriate plan design. Amy is an active volunteer with the American Lung
