Depending upon the type of plan and the investment options selected, American Retirement Plan Services, L.L.C. will perform some or all of the following administrative functions:

Coordination of limited scope audit by CPA and investment company

Preparation of Internal Revenue Service forms 5500, Schedule P and any other applicable attachments

Preparation of Actuarial Schedule B for Defined Benefit Plans

Preparation of Safe Harbor Notice (when applicable)

bullet

Our presence, when necessary, at employee enrollment meetings

bullet

Preparation of Summary annual reports and management reports

bullet

Ongoing telephone support to assist with client questions concerning the plan

 

*Distribution calculations for terminees

*Form 1096, Form 1099-R and Form 945

*Loan amortization schedules and security agreements

*Representation of a client during a plan audit by the Internal Revenue Service or   Department of Labor  

*separately invoiced on a time/charges basis
